The Wood & Iron Sports Performance System

Wood & Iron Sports Performance uses a holistic and comprehensive personal movement assessment system to help you achieve functional, pain-free goals. We will work with you to determine if the Wood & Iron Sports Peformance System is right for you!

Are you a:

Competitive athlete who is training hard but feels that your body isn’t performing at its best?

Competitive athlete who has completed physical therapy for an injury but aren’t functionally prepared to return to training or play?

Recreational athlete who is tired of being in pain and letting nagging injuries affect your desire to lead an active lifestyle?

Sports Medicine and Sports professionals (Doctors, Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, Athletic Trainers, Strength and Conditioning Coaches, and Sports Coaches) all want the same outcomes for the people we work with: functional, pain-free performance so that our athletes can reach his or her goals. However, due to limitations in facilities, equipment, insurance, or scope of practice, these outcomes can be difficult to achieve under one roof.

Wood & Iron bridges the gap between where you are and your goals. We also empower athletes with the knowlege of how their bodies move and develop training plans to improve your unique limitation and compensations along with what exercises you should (and shouldn’t) be doing to achieve optimal physical resilience and performance. We can communicate with your Sports Medicine doctor, physical therapist, or coach at your request to ensure the best team approach and outcomes possible.
